In a remarkable twist of events, a fugitive who evaded capture for two decades has finally been apprehended in Mexico. Antonio "El Diablo" Riano, 72, had been the subject of an "America's Most Wanted" feature and was believed to be responsible for a fatal shooting outside an Ohio bar in 2002.
